Order Processing
All items are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times (after processing):
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21+ business days
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:
2–5 days (processing) + 3–7 days (shipping) = ~5–12 business days total
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
weather or natural events
customs processing (international orders)
high order volume
That said, if something looks off, reach out—we’ll help track it down.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, we recommend:
checking with neighbors
contacting your local carrier
reaching out to us so we can assist
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
reshipping fees may apply
we cannot guarantee replacement
